Pros

You have a job but never know when you will be asked to leave. And you get to work on some latest tech.

Cons

This is a top down company, someone at top decides and everyone has to fall in line. Absolutely no work life balance: managers take crazy projects to get promoted and whip up developers to work on for 16+ hours even on weekends to complete their projects. They say they follow agile but in the name of agile you will be handed crazy targets. Workers are threatened to put crazy hours and let go if you don't comply. Most of the management and IT department is of Indian decent so forget about American culture. Threats yelling and finger pointing were regular. Favoritism is for real you can hear non english conversation all the time. If you don't toe the line you will be asked to leave. Goals are tied more to management success vs. company need. Software launched to make the date is often not ready and full of defects. Blatant favoritism towards Indians from Indian management most Americans left already, lot of Micro Management. Contractors are at key positions and tend to share no knowledge so their contracts are not terminated. Stay away!!! I saw so many talented coworkers leave.

Pros

If you like working early morning hours and getting off early in the afternoon (which I do) this is a great part-time job. I was a college student when I worked here so it worked perfectly with my schedule. The pay is pretty decent and the people you work with are friendly.

Cons

Only real downside is that it's retail. You're going to run into some rude customers from time to time. There's always work to do and not enough time given to do it sometimes. But as long as you work hard and managers see that you're trying your best there isn't too much pressure put on you.
