Easy work. Employee discount. Eh not much else, employee discount is barely alright.
Cons
Awful management who picks favorites. If you aren't a favorite expect little to no hours. Unorganized I sometimes wonder if anyone knows what they are doing. Usually having to pick up after other employees who do not care. Rarely invited to team meetings so we are clueless when customers ask questions. You'll come in the next day to things moved around and no direction where to put most new merchandise. Hours are lacking thanks to the favorites getting scheduled more than everyone else while they essentially have the same exact jobs as everyone else on the task team. Because they complain like it's their job they usually get up to 5 days while everyone else struggles by with 2 or 3 days a week. These same people bring drama and issues to the team constantly. You would think a couple of old ladies would care not about the lives of others and do their job but they act like everything is their job and everyone's business and personal is their job. Management refuses to address that issue and almost encourages it.
