Pros
Flexible hours. ( And I mean flexible) but it can depend on the store and manager that you have. Good work environment as far as co-workers and supervisors, etc. They cook for you or order food from restaurants on SPECIAL HOLIDAYS. You are able to trade and give away shifts if necessary. Or if your co-worker wants extra shifts. Decent employee discount.
Cons
Pay is cool. But for about a YEAR now, I think everyone is now PART-TIME. So the hours aren't much, so your check can be a little low. Customers are terrible. I work the Bronx, NY location. Customers are savages and some are just evil and have no home training. But that's regular in customer service jobs. Their is this $10 off $25 or more COUPON. Customers abuse that coupon. Management as in the ones with expensive suits and shiny shoes have to come up with a better plan for that coupon. I've seen that COUPON cause so many long lines. Switching around your schedule can be a little difficult at times. Certain dates are blocked off, because everyone will want to take that day off. But management blocks those days off. And in other cases they have to approve the new schedule that you've provided. And they may not approve it, which can cause problems for you.
