Pros

Good place to move up, if you are there for awhile Can get a job to different store, if you relocate Nice people to work with, usually young people Good place to start your work experience Good employee discounts, that applies at clearance and sales that other stores do not have

Cons

Sometimes there are not enough employees so it can be stresfull to work especially in the big sales days, or weekends they call you all the time to go to work, even when you are not supposed too your schedule will not make sense; sometimes they can schedule 5 hours per week, sometimes 20 or on Monday you may work 2 hours and Tuesday 12 hours they pay can be better, but it is kindly the same as other stores

Pros

If you like working early morning hours and getting off early in the afternoon (which I do) this is a great part-time job. I was a college student when I worked here so it worked perfectly with my schedule. The pay is pretty decent and the people you work with are friendly.

Cons

Only real downside is that it's retail. You're going to run into some rude customers from time to time. There's always work to do and not enough time given to do it sometimes. But as long as you work hard and managers see that you're trying your best there isn't too much pressure put on you.
