Pros
They let you actually get away with alot, Pay goes up by moving to beauty other than out on the sales floor, Expresspay which means you can pull out of your check early, people are decent, Beauty manager is pretty cool but they can be fake so be careful
Cons
Not many hours at all, Making sometimes 9 hours a week, Managers and people are very nosey and people try to start alot of drama, You're also SOL if someone you don't like gets hired in your department they won't do anything no matter what they do unless they break a major rule. I mainly wanted to be in beauty but took me a year to get there whistle others easily go in, I had it harder( Although they cross trained me in the whole store)
