Pros
- Personal Financial opportunities for growth: price matching in 401K - Paid Time Off, increases with years of service - Flexible scheduling (this is tricky, it does depend on which division you are in and your title) - Strong commadarie amongst people, diverse personalities make each day unique - The P&A Environment is one of the strongest in industry; vision is clear and concise and the teams work very well together. - Beautiful campus, very well maintained and clean, very safe
Cons
- Ability for promotion, the red tape is astronomical and mgmt does have tendency to promote favorites and not on performance/likelihood of growth - Benefits: there is no other word for it, it sucks. High deductible with little support. If you do not fill out PHA, you get charged. Little to no boundary for personal perferences..no help with adoption. - Parking: It is true, you need to get there early to avoid the hike from perimeter row. - Lack of financial compensation/very rare to see a merit increase in pay. - Inconsistency in performance reviews - it has been a work in progress, however, the message is not always clear and appears muddled (difficult to get examples or reasons for ratings).
