The office culture and co-workers was the most pleasant aspect of working there. Cafeteria food was good JFK offers lots of training opportunities Benefits were decent

Cons

I am pretty sure the compensation here is the lowest in the state. All the computers and networking infrastructure are very old and slow Management has serious trust issues and will go to length letting the employees know there positions

Very supportive unit managers, supportive coworkers, not toxic at all.

Cons

Very busy hospital. Nurses have a lot of responsibility, my least favorite of which is taking my patient to Cathlab, or CT, or worst picking up patients from the ED when they are surging.
