Description JFK Medical Center plays a central role in health care in central New Jersey. The medical center includes the Anthony M. Yelencsics Community Hospital, an acute care facility with some 440 beds, and the JFK Johnson Rehabilitation Institute, which offers physical therapy services and has more than 90 beds. JFK Medical Center also offers such specialty facilities as the New Jersey Neuroscience Institute, diagnostic imaging and cancer centers, and a family practice group. It is also a teaching hospital, affiliated with UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and Seton Hall University School of Graduate Medical Education. The medical center is part of JFK Health System.
