Pros

You’ll learn a lot and see a great variety of different patients. Great for learning about neuro specific conditions

Cons

Unsafe staffing, especially in the ER. Ratios of 1:7. Management never listens to your concerns. Turnover rate is 6 months to a year. Save yourself and look elsewhere. This place is such a red flag.

Pros

Very supportive unit managers, supportive coworkers, not toxic at all.

Cons

Very busy hospital. Nurses have a lot of responsibility, my least favorite of which is taking my patient to Cathlab, or CT, or worst picking up patients from the ED when they are surging.
