great company to work for. the benefits are great. the employees are very friendly and work well together. I have really grown working there and also learned a lot.

no overtime, they could be very anal about going overtime.

Very supportive unit managers, supportive coworkers, not toxic at all.

Cons

Very busy hospital. Nurses have a lot of responsibility, my least favorite of which is taking my patient to Cathlab, or CT, or worst picking up patients from the ED when they are surging.
