Cons

Do not care about employees, make you sit in a truck all day, if you do not kiss the dispatchers feet you run all day and get no rest. Hire ppl who have no experience and put patients lives in risk. Zero training or advancement. Dirty trucks that are falling apart but they pay off the state to keep them going. Do not care about any complications made.

Pros

Very supportive unit managers, supportive coworkers, not toxic at all.

Cons

Very busy hospital. Nurses have a lot of responsibility, my least favorite of which is taking my patient to Cathlab, or CT, or worst picking up patients from the ED when they are surging.
