      The team is great and raises were based on your knowledge and acquired skills. Getting time off is easy with enough notice. Management is really understanding of people's needs.

      Breakroom space was limited and there are many of the issues that come with retail.

      Pay is Decent but do not pay for trips out of pocket. will take 2 months to get your money back.

      Corporate office team has no idea how to make anything better due to they have no optometry knowledge.
