      People you work for arent as great as the people you work with. The scheduling system is terrible. Do not find out schedule until night before at 6:00 P.M.

      Thank you for providing your feedback. The dispatch teams do their best to provide schedules as far in advance as possible and accommodate requests for time off or flexible scheduling. A new scheduling system is in the process of being rolled out to allow employees greater flexibility in accessing their schedules and provide more advanced notice.

      Weekly pay free coffee flexibility

      Biased very Hispanic Oriented Most workers are Spanish On the daily basis Most of the workers getting the jobs and hours are Spanish even in slow season dispatch is Spanish as well warehouse Spanish as well if you don't speak Spanish.....you'll get the short end of the stick
