Thank you for your comments. There are a lot of ways to take advantage of the Talent Development opportunities at JK. The Commit2Growth Employee Portal allows employees to search all of the positions in the Company, learn about the responsibilities and the requirements of each position, view related career paths, and save the positions to your interest list. There are over 5,000 online training courses on a variety of topics available to employees within the portal. Employees can also create a career development plan with their manager to help them achieve their career goals and apply to job opportunities directly through the portal. Additionally, open positions are posted to the Electronic Bulletin Boards in each of the break rooms. Employees are encouraged to apply for positions within the company and we celebrate promotions at each of our quarterly all-company meetings.
