JK has a number of tools available to employees for career growth. Our Commit2Growth Employee Portal has over 7,000 online trainings on a variety of topics that employees can access at any time. We also offer in-house training and tuition reimbursement. Managers are actively engaged in succession-planning and individual development plans. All open positions are available to employees through the portal to explore and apply directly. In fact, 15% of our staff moved into a role of higher accountability in 2017.
