      Nice Facilities Free Food Sometimes Open Door Policy Community Service Everyone Non-Management was a Pleasure to Work With. They Recruit Good People.

      -They Fire Good People -TURN OVER RATE -Good Ole Boys Club -Long LONG LOOONG HOURS -Tote themselves as a fortune 500 company but don't compensate to match....Unless you're one of the boys. -Unnecessary Meetings ALL The TIME pre & post work hours (unpaid) -Over-complication of every Process to a mind numbing fault. -Not enough vacation or sick leave -Expensive "benefits" -ONCE AGAIN EXTREMELY HIGH TURNOVER RATE -Far Right Wing Patriots & Boot Strappers Owner sent out a mass email when the pandemic started basically saying C-19 was a hoax and to not listen to fake news...fast forward 2 months and they have JK Masks... ALMOST ZERO DIVERSITY IN MEANINGFUL POSITIONS OR ROLES THROUGHOUT THE COMPANY. Most people are in terrible physical shape. This is due to the lack of LIFE balance. Literally told us to leave 5 star reviews on Glass Door, Google, & Yelp #exposed

      In addition to company-provided masks, JK has held three on-site vaccination clinics for the COVID-19 vaccine as well as our annual flu shot clinic. Our employees' safety is our top priority and we are following CDC guidelines for those employees who are working in the office. Our salespeople have the flexibility to make their own schedules. With commission-based pay, there is unlimited earning potential. Sales meetings are scheduled at the beginning or end of the day so as not to interfere with client meetings during the day. Our new software system makes managing clients and giving quotes incredibly easy.

      Biased very Hispanic Oriented Most workers are Spanish On the daily basis Most of the workers getting the jobs and hours are Spanish even in slow season dispatch is Spanish as well warehouse Spanish as well if you don't speak Spanish.....you'll get the short end of the stick
