      Cons

      Don't know schedule in advance. Some days you will only work 4 hours and others you will work 12+.

      Biased very Hispanic Oriented Most workers are Spanish On the daily basis Most of the workers getting the jobs and hours are Spanish even in slow season dispatch is Spanish as well warehouse Spanish as well if you don't speak Spanish.....you'll get the short end of the stick
