They had a trainer who had never done sales train us for the first few months. Then we were thrown in and didn’t know what we were doing. The policies and processes changed on a daily basis in order to try to win over customers. It was hard to keep track. Management isn’t understanding of personal life situations. There is little to no work/life balance. They laid off a number of people due to the low move volume. The low move volume is because they refuse to lower their pricing.
