      Good benefits and depending on position opportunity for growth.

      Cons

      Management is fragmented with no clear leaders, complete lack of accountability when issues arise. Blame is passed to low level workers. Sr. management cannot adjust to ever changing environments and is slow to respond. JK in its current state is best at residential moving, until complete restructuring should stay away from other industries.

      Biased very Hispanic Oriented Most workers are Spanish On the daily basis Most of the workers getting the jobs and hours are Spanish even in slow season dispatch is Spanish as well warehouse Spanish as well if you don't speak Spanish.....you'll get the short end of the stick
