Pros
-Management is very nice -Smaller company -Great work life balance -Easy to move up to supervisor -Work directly with Government civilians on DoD projects -Slower pace than other DoD contractors
Cons
-PTO and Sick time are in one pool and only 10 hours per month with no room for increases -401k matching is terrible (3% of first 6% you put in) -Other benefits are OK at best -Yearly bonuses are extremely low -Yearly raises are barely enough to keep up with inflation, merit based raise is almost nothing -Subpar pay and sign on bonuses compared to nearby DoD contractors
