Flexible schedule but usually depends on the team; good tuition reimbursement; comp time is nice (when you work over your hours you can take off earlier)
Cons
Terrible pay raises, will give most people 3% which is less than inflation; nepotism regarding management and moving up; management is awful, stop falsely promising things that can't be done; poor company culture; feedback not taken seriously; management has no trust for good reasons; slow for opportunity growth; not much time off available and sick time is included within only 120 hours within your <5 years tenure. 240 after 5, give people more time off
