- Monthly salary could be at the higher range in the market. - Tie up good relations with the people at higher levels and you'll get a better prospect. The amount of contribution doesn't really matters.
Cons
- Do not expect so much guidance. Mostly self learning with online tools. It is just like throwing you in the middle of nowhere and if you find a way out, you'll survive. If you don't, you'll be lost with lots of pressure. - Certain people in the management may give illogical comments. Don't be surprised as it is quite common. - Parking space is a continuous problem. Your car could be locked by the security if not at a designated lot despite no parking space.
