      Fast pace environment and you’ll never get bored. The culture has gotten better over the years and if you stay on top of your work you can have a normal work life balance.

      Cons

      Off shift escalation calls, stressful at times depending on the account your working on.

      Pros

      Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
