Pros
The temperature is kept as a comfortable place year round. Nice climate control. New addition has nice employee break areas. Nice rewards for safety and attendance. Good coworkers in maintenance and automation group.
Cons
Not to be trusted. Upper management will tell you what you want to here and lie all the way. They will put all the burden on just a few people while they hire their entire family that draws a fat check and does nothing. Friends and relatives will get any new promotions and fill new jobs. Lost most of the better employees already so soon there will be no one left to do the work.
