Management couldn't care less about employees beyond their mistakes, has a top down managerial style of trust them by they don't trust you, unhygienic cafeteria, unsheltered carpark floods in even the slightest rain, work ethic of making empty promises and shifting blame as well as assuming everyone in contact is dishonest, unpaid overtime, excessive overtime, little to no guidance for newbies who are expected to run before they can walk.
