      Fun atmosphere, open door policy, great systems and systems support. You are able to build a strong bond with your co-workers.

      Heavy work load, low to average pay, some areas lack adequate resources to perform required job functions.

      Pros

      Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
