      Autonomy, philanthropy mindset, important products, some people are trying to make positive changes within the organization.

      Cons

      Good ol’ boy mentality is alive and well; C-suite is tone deaf; some recent executive hires are lacking leadership skills (among other issues they have).

      Pros

      Good for a building resume, can learn a lot from the server manufacturing industry.

      Cons

      Supervisors will not allow anyone to sit down and work on the production floor, timesheet clock in and clock outs are very strict, to the minute. Communication between shifts is horrible.
