      Pros

      - fast paced environment - winning attitude right through the organization - lots of empowerment, simple clear metrics - flat organizational structure - People like to have fun

      Cons

      - tends to be more of an "old boys" club, many of the executives have been with the company for over 15 years - stale thinking, too many executives have the same background - cowboy attitude, not enough analytical thought goes into many business decisions

      Pros

      Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
