      Pros

      The IT department uses ServiceNow, which is smart. Most teams don't work more than 40 hours a week. They are completing a campus expansion in North St. Petersburg, FL.

      Cons

      Lots of politics. In-group / out-group mentality with some of the managers and directors. Bonus program is a huge pain in the butt.

      Pros

      Good for a building resume, can learn a lot from the server manufacturing industry.

      Cons

      Supervisors will not allow anyone to sit down and work on the production floor, timesheet clock in and clock outs are very strict, to the minute. Communication between shifts is horrible.
