Compensation is lacking a little bit

I've had great coworkers and have made a lot of friends here. My manager was very supportive and gave us a lot of WFH flexibility.

There are unrealistic deadlines because management wants to satisfy the customer and doesn't fully understand the work. Engineers are blamed when things go wrong and end up working a lot of overtime. It can be very fast paced, and you are thrown into projects without real preparation.
