Cons
Very little growth through on the job experience. High employee turnover, No backbone visible in production managers when it comes to disciplinary action due to employee misconduct and negligence. Offenders typically face no consequences as a result of their actions unless it is so significant it puts managers in the hot seat. It really changed during covid.
