      The job is easy, not difficult

      Cons

      We are losing a lot of talent for many years due to poor management, the big boss of the Gurnee site, does not accept the suggestions or recommendations of the employees with seniority. I have been working for this company for a lifetime and my job is at risk, simply and simply because those who are managing do not know anything and do not accept and do not want to listen to those who know.
