      The pay is very average. I like my job duties.

      Cons

      This place has a knack for turning good people into burned out, uncompassionate employees. Management changes every 9 months and an engineer leaves practically every week. Oh yeah, then they do not backfill for the engineers they lose so the engineers that stay are over worked and stressed.
