Pros
Best company I had ever worked for in 28 year career. Corp culture of work hard, whatever it takes to get the job done, play harder was a motivator. 98% of the employees were great to work with. Rules of the road were empowering from top to bottom, all the way to the floor/operator level. I would definitely join Jabil again with the new management structure in place since Mondellow took the helm.
Cons
Like most large companies, 2% bad apples mostly at the BUD, and Sr. Management evels. Not what you know but who you know....good ol boy network. Rewarded/compensated very well for over achieving performance targets. But I can see through LinkedIn the majority have already been cut or moved to different roles and positional responsibilities.
