Beautiful gym. Brand new building with cafeteria. Benefits are great - 401K, medical, vision, dental, ESPP, and an in-house doctor.
Cons
I would describe the culture at Jabil as a "frat house." "Frat boy" managers that all golf together and communicate in that very same way. Managers have a difficult time leading and communicating in a way that is productive and encouraging instead of demeaning and dismissive. They do not have a team mentality and will throw you under to save themselves or their team, but themselves mostly. Their supposed "open door policy" is a scam and they will use your words against you.
