      Depends if you're lucky to have a good manager. Doesn't care if u can or cannot meet the KPI, u die die must meet the KPI.

      Pros

      Good for a building resume, can learn a lot from the server manufacturing industry.

      Cons

      Supervisors will not allow anyone to sit down and work on the production floor, timesheet clock in and clock outs are very strict, to the minute. Communication between shifts is horrible.
