Inconpatant manger hasn't a clue how to run a buisness relys on his little pets to do his dirty work having worked there for 3 years you soon realize that no matter how hard you work and how many different task and skills you have you will not evolve as you will be operator 1 or 2 and that's it the pay grade system is stupid some people earn the same as I did just scanning dim cards with a scanner were as I had so much responsibility and so many different jobs got the same pay. It's a joke and also health and safety is only important when there's visitors otherwise it's just get it done no matter what when suits. Really upsets me as there some absolutely wonderful people in jabil shame it's ran by a bunch of clowns and snobs who only pick the ones they like and the ones who deserve the merit and opportunities don't get a look in...
