Pros
My last couple years with this company led to very challenging experiences that gave me valuable skills in managing several different accounts/clients with poor data and high expectations (I was paired with a knowledgeable senior business managers). I learned an amazing amount in a short amount of time. My earlier years with Jabil were not so fortunate.
Cons
If you are a salaried employee there is an expectation of long hours in many departments and locations. I've worked in several locations and some are much more reasonable than others. If sufficient training and tools were in place, reasonable hours could be maintained. Jabil has actually become much better with this in recent years. Also, like many corporations, if definitely matters who you know and are friendly with in order to move up.
