For technologists this organization is a rare blend of arrogance and ignorance. They scoff at current solutions and processes. They may use the buzz words but don't know what they mean, let alone how to implement. When they roll something out with modern technology they fail for the better part of a decade. Speaking of a decade that's when you can plan on getting promoted, no matter what you accomplish. The technology, processes and solution paradigms are so old that your market value will start decreasing the minute you start here. Welcome back to the 90's.
