      Decent 401k match, if you have longer tenure Remote work

      Cons

      Below Average Pay Middle Management is horrible. Too many middle managers that does nothing but ask for update and capitalization hours. You will have meetings with 10 people where 2 people are actual contributors, 1 software engineer and 1 netops person who are trying to solve the issue, but 8 other "managers", just slow the work down by asking for constant updates during the meeting. Not too much interesting work

      Work environment is great Most employees are remote yet it feels like they push to unite employees even if it doesn't mean meeting in person Management here is very communicative and transparent about changes and initiatives Solid benefits and a very lucrative stock purchase program

      Cons

      The compensation could be better PTO is short but with 11 banking holidays its enough
