Pros

Work/life balance is fantastic You are not micro managed Very inclusive and diversified

Cons

Lack of value for employees Been here almost 3 years with no raise and no promotion though I have worked hard and do the same job as those in positions higher than mine Promises have not been kept When told about a job in another dept that I would be interested in, I asked my supervisor if he could put a good word in and he said no because he didn't want to lose me off our current team so he wouldn't do anything to help me get the position besides telling me about it.

Cons

The compensation could be better PTO is short but with 11 banking holidays its enough
