Pros

Jack Henry really cares about it's employees. It became apparent that this was the case when COVID happened. They didn't hesitate to have us start working from home. Placing our well being over any logistics caused by at home employment.

Cons

I'm not a fan of the heath insurance provided by the company. My local hospital system has bumped heads with them and I've almost lost my PCP a number of times because of this.
