Good company, opportunities and values that balances family time and work time, Jack and Linda are great CEO, is a company that always change and become stronger as management set goals to improve sales and profit.
Cons
CEO needs to see what is going on, too many employees and management looking for other jobs were they appreciete the hard work done 24/7 every day. Too many changes and the new Directors of Operation they know what is going on and they do not say or they do not want to see it. Managers working more that 45 hours per week and no one can say any thing, HR know that and they are ingnoring the issue. Top leadership management is supporting the franchise model which hire employees with no management skills that do not support the Jack in the Box system and they do not use them as is mandated by the company.
