Operations is ran by a bunch of idiots and while there are people with great knowledge and experience are let go. Company did a restructure and outsourced the Auditing department and several other departments many people were let go.. It is all about who you know to stay in the corporate side. Operations... do not I repeat work as a RM for this company you are worked like a dog and treated like a dog. There is NO service and profit chain anymore...
