Pros

Work-Life balance: - As you don't have much work life.

Cons

Client: - very less clients. (exception :- ERP, oracle practice ) Variable Pay: - If you are not billable Jade will cut your v.p., that is 10% of your CTC. Fun Activity: - Zero fun activities, no parties as no budget. Onsite: - not much onsite opportunity. Jade files H1B for many employees but they are not able to get through the RFEs. you will waste your one year if you do H1B from Jade. Leaves: Fewer leaves. Facility/Finance/HR team: - not supportive. Facility and Finance team are worst I ever seen in the IT company. WFH (Work From Home): - initially it was easy, now all depend on your manager/project. you might see the favoritism. few peoples are on lifelong WFH. Tax Saving component: - Zero tax saving component. Policy changes frequently, sometimes it affected from back date.
