Pros
Amazing place to work, honestly. Feels secure, stable, and the benefits are great. Coworkers are lovely and management is exceptional, truly feels like you matter and you're not just a cog in a machine. Full time remote work is a huge plus, and so are flexible schedules.
Cons
- Games feel outdated and unless you're one of the higher ups, you get zero inputs on creative decisions. - They sometimes organize Q&A meetings with the CEO and other directors, but the questions they choose to answer are always cherry-picked and never any real concern employees are asking about. - The pay gap between LATAM employees and Northamerican employees is huge. A person in my same role, same experience and seniority in NA makes in a single year what I make in FOUR. I understand the most attractive quality southamerican workers have is that we will work for cheap, but that doesn't mean my basic living expenses are cheaper. It just means I'd rather work for a nice and established multinational company, instead of for some known exploitative local businesses for the same pay.
