Product is something to be proud of James Avery makes all of their own jewelry Great co-workers throughout the company Great insurance and benefits Generous paid time off Decent store hours Opportunities to move up in the company
Cons
Long hours Hard work Hard work is not appreciated by all management Pay is competitive, but James Avery expects a lot more from their employees than most places, and pay should be commensurate Dealing with shrinking payroll and supply budgets - I realize this is not exclusive to James Avery, but it is becoming increasingly difficult to run the stores as they should be run on the budget we are given.
