Pros
They have good benefits and a fairly good 401K plan. Healthcare options are alright too. They often promote from within but that can be a negative as well.
Cons
They aren't very open to new people and new ideas. Because it's retail there aren't many holidays. Management seems more concerned with profits instead of people. They don't seem to care about removing unqualified people from positions.
