Behind technology and untrustworthy management - Software Developer James Avery Employee Review

I was in the IT Department in Kerrville. The IT Dept uses old technology and did not welcome any ideas. Project Management was poor. Lack or planning caused delays and confusion. I was laid off but was never given a reason. I did not know what to tell the EDD. Work Force Commission of Texas told me that they did not get any response from JA HR regarding my termination. The HR rep told me upon termination (with a smile) that I could continue to use my Employee Discount Card at JA stores even as an non employee. But later they told me I could not when I contacted them.
