Pros

Great benefits, beautiful company. Was able to make a difference in department "before new management". Great over time if wanted. Ok pay if your are new in the department. With correct management feels like family environment.

Cons

If you are a existing member of the department they make you feel like you don't know what you are doing. Tries and push you out and give demeaning jobs to make you feel unappreciated. Pays new employees more than existing employees does not matter if current employees has degree and new employees does not. Poor management skills as in none, non manager contact subcontractors to come in and do there work. Lost the family environment when the Avery boys gave up there position in the company. Making it more like a job than a career company wide. Management thinks they can do what they want and if you try and do the same thing on company machines you get reprimanded. There is no equality in the department always looks down on you. The tasks asked of you does not have realistic time frame. There form of training is call some one out you will shadow them, then when company comes out they employees are sent to do other task. Then are expected to be able to do tasks next time the problem exists.

Supportive manager, no sales goal, focus on customer service, nice discount for employees

Cons

It’s still an hourly retail job which means random work hours and working on weekends

It can be decent pay

Cons

Other than getting a pay check I can't think of anything here that is a Pro. Lousy culture, lousy people, management sucks, benefits suck, the Avery family is hoity toity.
